Yesterday, I was talking to my closest friends and feeling happy that I am finally debt free, debts I incurred during the times when I was jobless. This afternoon, in a just a wink of an eye, I woke up indebted with $24,000 due to my house which is loaned in a government service agency here. This is the front of our house.

You might be wondering why I suddenly have this loan. The housing loan was incurred last 2003. I was able to pay for the amortization until 2005 until I got jobless. I have had an agreement with my mother and older sister that they will get the house and that I would not have any responsibilities about it anymore even if I do not get any amount from the previous expenses I have had with it. It was okay for me as long as  I do not have to worry about it anymore.

Fast forward to late last year, a buyer promised to buy the house so I needed to go to the government insurance agency where it was loaned to apply for a restructuring, which was approved. Now, the buyer backed off leaving the restructured loan to my name. So, while I was riding the jeepney from the office going home, I was thinking and praying where in God's hands would I get the money? You might ask again, how come I have to shoulder it again when my Mom and my sister have had an agreement about it already.

My sister had been sick and was in and out of the hospital. My Mom is jobless at 75. I have two daughters and an old mother who needs to stay somewhere. Thus, this dilemma.

I admit I have made wrong choices and decisions in the past which has led me to this situation. But what's done is done and all I can do is try my best to do something about it. So, I remember this girl who sought help from people in the cyberia to help her get out of her credit card debts and she was successful. As I have mentioned, I guess I will do anything valid as long as it is legal to save myself, along with my Mom and my two daughters in this problem.

I have really nothing to offer except for some digital books I wrote myself. I seek your kindness if you could please buy the books so I can somehow produce the money I need before February 28, 2014. I know that with this very little amount, it seems impossible to hit the $24,000 but if there are people in the web world who can just buy the books and enjoy the stories as well as the nice lessons there, and share this site to others, with your kindness and God's help, I know that before my due date, I can say thank you for all your help.
